<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a bath module constituted to prevent a trouble and sustain the structural strength of the whole body of a bath module for a long period of time without unnecessarily increasing the strength of materials themselves for thermal insulation and warming. <P>SOLUTION: This structure of the bath module having a bathtub in which a bather takes a bath and a wall panel constituting a wall surface, is provided with an outside heat insulating layer formed of a bottom part provided under the bathtub, and a side wall upward extending from the side of the bottom part to the vicinity of the lower end of the wall panel installed adjacent to the upper end of the bathtub with a heat insulating material composed of plastic foam; a mount frame positioned under the bottom part of the outside heat insulating layer and receiving the load of the outside heat insulating layer; a support material extending upward from the mount frame immediately under the lower side of the wall panel and receiving the load of the wall panel; and an inside heat insulating layer attached to the back face of the bathtub.
