<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize the density of a plate-shaped molded product in a molding machine for molding the plate-shaped molded product having a plurality of grooves on both sides thereof by thermal compression molding using a powdery molding raw material containing carbon and a resin. <P>SOLUTION: In the molding machine for molding the plate-shaped molded product having a plurality of grooves on both sides thereof by thermal compression molding using the powdery molding raw material containing carbon and a resin, the molding raw material is supplied into the closed space, which is formed by a fixed mold and a movable mold and of which one surface is opened or only partially opened, to fill the same in a state that the thickness of the closed space is made larger than that of the molded product by a predetermined quantity, and the molds are vibrated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
