PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the flexibility in assemblability in a driving motor. SOLUTION: In the imaging apparatus, the driving motor is provided with; a shaft 56 provided with rotary shaft parts 56a and 56b at both ends in a shaft direction; a magnet 57 rotated with the shaft as center; a turning arm 58 moving movable members 26 and 27 in a direction in accordance with a turning direction; a stator coil 61 wound round in a direction orthogonal to the rotating direction of the magnet and arranged to surround the magnet from the outside; a coil bobbin 35 round which the stator coil is wound and which has bearing parts 50 and 51 supporting the rotary shaft parts; and a stator yoke 60 arranged on the outside of the coil bobbin and formed in the shape of an almost cylinder piercing in the shaft direction of the shaft. Arranging space 35a is formed inside the coil bobbin, and an opening for insertion 35b which is opened at a position where the stator coil is not wound round in a direction orthogonal to the shaft direction of the bearing part, and also in which the turning arm, the shaft and the magnet are inserted so that at least the shaft and the magnet are arranged in the arranging space is formed on the coil bobbin.
