LIPOSOME WHOSE SEALED SUBSTANCE CAN BE ESCAPED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a liposome into whose membrane outer surface a hydrophilic polymer is introduced and from which a sealed substance can be escaped to release the substance in a cytoplasm.

SOLUTION: This liposome comprises a liposome membrane-constituting substance bound to a peptide represented by the following (a) or (b) and a liposome membrane-constituting substance bound to one end of a hydrophilic polymer whose other end is bound to the peptide represented by the following (a) or (b). (a) A synthetic peptide comprising thirty amino acid residues and called GALA. (b) A peptide comprising the amino acid sequence of GALA in which one or more amino acids are deleted, substituted or added, and enabling the mutual fusion of the lipid membranes under an acid condition.
