PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing and disinfecting apparatus for an endoscope which facilitates installation of the endoscope in a washing tub and connection between the apparatus and a connection port of each endoscope conduit arranged within the endoscope. SOLUTION: The washing and disinfecting apparatus for the endoscope is used for washing and disinfecting the outer surface of an endoscope main body having an insertion section extending from an operation section and a plurality of the endoscope conduits arranged within the endoscope main body. An attachable and detachable central tower is arranged in the almost middle of the washing and disinfecting tub, and the operation section is installed in the washing and disinfecting tub. An endoscope connecting section for connecting to at least one of the endoscope conduits of the endoscope main body is provided on the central tower, and the endoscope connecting section is connected to a fluid supplying means for supplying a fluid into the endoscope conduits.
