PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure analyzing system capable of supporting failure analyses effectively. SOLUTION: The correlation between the failure information relating to the vehicle failure acquired from a vehicle and the information indicating the surrounding environment of the vehicle fed via a specified external unit 50 positioned outside the vehicle is turned into a database, which is used in analyzing the vehicle failure.
