<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lot article/found article management system by which a lost article owner himself or herself can retrieve articles which are likely to be his own or her own lost articles from found article information. <P>SOLUTION: In this lost article/found article management system, a lost article owner terminal (6) for acquiring lost article information, a found article owner terminal (10) for acquiring found article information and a lost article/found article management device (4) are connected through a communication line (5), and the lost article/found article management device (4) comprises: an authentication processing part (16) for authenticating the user of the lost article owner terminal (6); a storage means (19) for storing the found article information; a collating part (15) for collating the found article information based on the lost article information, and for preparing the list display picture of the found article information of the collation result; and a delivery validity check part (17) for preparing a display picture for displaying a question sentence corresponding to specific information included in the found article information corresponding to the information for selecting the found articles, and for receiving answer information for questions, and for collating the answer information with the specific information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
