The center axis of at least one flow opening (14) to a rotary disk valve (12) and that of at least one flow opening (30) to a static body (28) lie parallel to each other and can be axially aligned with respect to each other. The rotary disk valve is arranged upstream of the static body and has an axial play relative to it, so that it is pushed towards the static body when the openings are out of alignment by the backpressure of the exhaust.
