A collapsible container 2 includes a base 4 and a collar 6 that may be either connected to the base 4 to provide an upstanding wall that includes two end walls 8 and two side walls 10, or removed from the base for storage. The collar 6 is foldable so that it can be arranged in an erected condition in which it can be mounted on the base 4 for use, or a folded condition for storage. The collar 6 includes a set of corner hinges 26, each being located adjacent a corner of the collar, and a plurality of side hinges 28. A side hinge 28 is provided in each of the side walls 10 intermediate the ends thereof, to divide the side wall into first and second side wall portions 10a, 10b, the first and second side wall portions being of unequal length. |
