The invention relates to a pharmaceutical combination of atorvastatin and its pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and antihypertensive means - ACE-inhibitor, in particular rampyryl or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, to kits containing such combination and to their administration for the treatment of angina pectoris, atherosclerosis, combined hypertension and hyperlipidemia and for the treatment of patients with symptoms of cardiac risk.
