The invention relates to the pump engineering, namely to the transmissions of rotary motion in a sealed medium. The sealed transmission includes a body (1), a cover (8), placed into the body, drive (4) and driven shafts (5), a coupling containing a bush (2) with flange (3), mounted onto eccentrics (6, 7), made onto the adjacent ends of the shafts, a bellows seal (9), joining hermetically the bush flange (3) and the cover (8), and a device for bellows prevention from twisting. The device for bellows prevention from twisting contains pins (10) uniformly fixed into the bush flange (3), onto the free ends of which there are mounted rollers (11), placed with clearance into cylindrical sockets (12), made into the pump cover (8). The maximum clearance in the sockets is equal to the displacement size of the eccentrics axes of both shafts.
