<p>An industrially continuous pyrolysis equipment for waste and old tyre consists of reaction system and heating system. The reaction system includes inner cylinder (10), outer cylinder (9) and other corresponding annexes such as, automatic feeder (3), catalyst inlet (2), rolling mechanism (5), superconductive heat carrier inlet (6), superconductive heat carrier outlet (11), driving mechanism (12), pyrolysis oil and gas outlet (13) and discharge lip (14). The heating system includes heating furnace (17), high temperature delivery pump (19), reflux tank (20), delivery conduit (21) and superconductive heat carrier (7). Pyrolyzing waste and old tyre with this equipment can operate smoothly, safely, reliably with high efficiency and without second pollution, the process is simple, continuous and automatic with high conversion, and the products of oil and black carbon have good quality.</p> |
