PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call acception control apparatus capable of carrying out assignment of calls in response to the priority and increasing the utilization efficiency of shared resources.

SOLUTION: The call reception control apparatus for assigning resources required for communication for a plurality of calls with different priorities among shared resources, includes an influence decision means for deciding the influence of a call with a low priority on a system when detecting the call with the low priority; and a low priority call acception decision means for deciding acception propriety of call with the low priority call acception decision means based on the decision result.
