FIELD: agriculture, in particular, forecasting of cereals yielding capacity and improvement of intensive cultivation of winter cereals under arid conditions. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves sowing; calculating hydrothermal coefficient value and providing forecasting on the basis of mathematical dependence; forecasting yielding capacity for next year from following expression: Y=k1.A.Gs.(l/x2)+k2.B/x+k3.C/Gs, where Y is proposed yielding capacity, kg/hectare; A is seeding norm, pc/hectare; B is total of positive temperature values from sowing time to stable negative temperatures, C; C is spacing width, m; x is sowing time in days from the beginning of recommended terms, days; k1=(0.6...0.8).10-3 is proportionality coefficient taking into account sort qualities of each seed in accumulating of grain mass, kg.days2/pc; k2=(0.512...0.934) is proportionality coefficient taking into account influence of temperature mode upon formation of plant root system, kg.day/ C.m2; k3=(7...150) is proportionality coefficient taking into account arrangement on field surface, kg/m; Gs is hydrothermal coefficient. ^ EFFECT: provision for obtaining reliable data on forecasting of yielding capacity of winter cereals during year. ^ 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 4 ex |
