The method involves disposing a side made of locally compressible material e.g. cardboard, and covering a body (2) with a cover sheet (4) e.g. paper sheet. Hollow reservations (8) are made on the body, where the reservations have a shape permitting to arrange angular corners (3). The reservations are placed on locations before being occupied by the corners and the corners are placed in the reservations. An independent claim is also included for an assembly comprising a display and packing box and a content such as luxury product.
