A resin receiving case (200) for receiving a laminated battery (1) in a receiving section (21) formed between layered receiving members (20) with the same shape. The receiving members (20) each have a substantially rectangular-shaped frame (60), a partition wall (50) for forming, together with the frame (60), the receiving section (21) constructed from receiving wall-side receiving section (21a) and an inserting wall-side receiving section (21b), rectangular wave-shaped cooling paths (51) formed integrally with the partition wall (50), and holding sections (52', 52) for pressing, by using a part of the partition wall (50) as the fulcrum, an extension section (12) where a positive electrode-side terminal (4) and a negative electrode-side terminal (5) extend from the laminated battery (1) in the receiving section (21). The receiving case (200) is constructed by inserting the inserting wall-side receiving section (21b) of one receiving member (20) into the receiving wall-side receiving section (21a) of the other receiving member (20).
