PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning service support device capable of rapidly showing high-accuracy failure decision by easy technique.

SOLUTION: This air conditioning service support device 1 connected to at least one terminal device handling information related to an air conditioner via the Internet has: a failure decision part 124 performing the failure decision on the basis of operation data when receiving the operation data on the air conditioner from one terminal device; and a communication processing part 11 transmitting a decision result by the failure decision part 124 to the one terminal device. The failure decision part 124 finds a regression predicted value by use of actual measurement data of a part of the operation data for a previously held regression curve or regression type parameter, and compares the regression predicted value and the prescribed actual measurement data of the operation data to perform the failure decision.
