PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which can print on the label surface of a recording medium such as a CD-R, with high productivity. SOLUTION: Part of a white board 6 has a round concave of approximately 125 mm and a disk 7 with an original label desired to be duplicated can fit in the concave. There is a convex 8 of approximately 15 mm which can chuck the disk 7 to the central part of the concave.
