<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an imaging module with high reliability by preventing a substrate where an imaging element is mounted from cracking when a shock is applied and by reducing misalignment between the imaging element and an optical axis due to temperature variation. <P>SOLUTION: At a 1st position nearby the optical axis C of a lens system and the imaging element 4, the substrate 25 is fixed to a housing 23 with a 1st adhesive 16 with a high elastic modulus and at 2nd position far away from the optical axis of the lens system, the substrate 25 is fixed to the housing 23 with a 2nd adhesive 17 having a low elastic modulus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
