<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping method reduced in the number of portions where pipe joints are used by using a branch pipe. <P>SOLUTION: A branch pipe 1 formed of a main pipe part 1a formed of a straight pipe and a branch pipe part 1b projected midway from the main pipe part 1a is manufactured beforehand. After the branch pipe part 1a of the branch pipe 1 is cut to a required length at an installation site for city water pipes, the branch pipe is connected to the city water pipe of a building through a pipe joint 4. Since the number of connections can be reduced due to the presence of the pipe joint 4, the efficiency of the piping can be increased. In piping where a large number of pipe joints 4 are used, the cost of parts can be remarkably reduced, man-hours required for inspections can be reduced since the inspection points after piping using less number of pipe joints 4 can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
