PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a fixing part and a suspension favorable particularly for a comparatively soft wall such as a gypsum board and a suspension by which a comparatively lightweight item can be simply fixed on the wall surface, and conspicuous holes visible to the naked are prevented from being caused. SOLUTION: The structure of the fixing part comprises an opening 4 which is formed in a to-be-fixed member 2 fixed on the wall surface 1, and has an area enough to drive in a plurality of staples 3 of a stapler, and a staple-driving member 5. The staple-driving member 5 is fit on the to-be-fixed member 2 to close the opening 4, and fixed on the wall surface 1 by the staples 3 driven into the wall surface 1 through the opening 4.
