PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of sharply outputting both a portion where a work is imaged and a portion where a tool is imaged. SOLUTION: The imaging device used for a processing device for processing a work by a tool is provided with a first imaging unit for illuminating the tool with transparent illumination to image the tool, a second imaging unit for illuminating the tool with epi-illumination to image the tool, an image composting unit for generating a composite image on the basis of an image picked up by the first imaging unit and an image picked up by the second imaging unit, and an output unit for outputting the composite image generated by the image compositing unit.
