PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device which can prevent vibration over a long term by preventing permanent deformation of a resin spring for the vibration prevention (an elastic spring). SOLUTION: In a disk device 89 including a traverse assembly 41 arranged movably both up and down by rotation movement with one end of a loader chassis 59 as a pivot support, a vibration suppressing groove 3 is arranged in the loader chassis 59 and a resin spring 35, which is elastically deformed by being fitted to this vibration suppressing groove 3 and presses a wall part of the vibration suppressing groove 3 due to energizing force caused by repulsion resulting from the elastic deformation, is arranged in the traverse assembly 41. A deformation control rib 1 for causing such deformation as easing the elastic deformation of the resin spring 35 pressing the wall part of the vibration suppressing groove 3 is also arranged on the loader chassis 59.
