PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 3-dimensional measuring method for an improvement in measuring precision and its device. SOLUTION: The phase reliability determination part 43 is provided with the image processor 4 of the 3-dimensional measuring device. The phase reliability determination part 43 extracts the luminance saturation region, contrast lowered region, boundary region of the contrast lowered region, and the phase error region. For the regions, wherein the reliability of measurement of the phase value is insufficient, re-measurement is separately performed for obtaining the phase value of high reliability.
