The invention relates to a method according which a telephone call is sent from a cellular telephone device trough a stable telephony network to the modem of personal computer whereto there are connected video cameras for direct image and sound transmission in a safe manner and with no access needed to the Internet. The invention also offers the possibility of sending commands from a cellular telephone device to a personal computer and vice versa with simultaneous visualization of the commands realisation. Said method can be promoted in the market as an integrated product (hardware-software) and is destined to businessmen and individuals desiring to supervise precise areas from wherever they are via their cellular telephone device. Significant advantages result from no use of the Internet: lower cost, enhanced safety, and dispensing with conclusion of contracts on the usage of the Internet.
