The process involves establishing reselection criteria for a current service cell of a mobile telephone and a set of candidate cells in a waking state of the telephone, where the reselection criteria has parameters which are called as consumption parameters indicating the used level of the telephone. A cell presenting better reselection criteria is selected as a new service cell. |
