<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye sensitive solar battery utilizing photoelectric conversion element. <P>SOLUTION: The dye sensitive solar cell comprises a semiconductor electrode 110, an opposing electrode 120 arranged so as to face the semiconductor electrode 110, an oxide semiconductor layer 130 interposed between the semiconductor electrode 110 and an opposing electrode 120 on which, dye is adsorbed, an electrolyte solution 140 filled between the semiconductor electrode 110 and an opposing electrode 120, a spacer 160 forming unit cells 142 by demarcating the space between the semiconductor electrode 110 and an opposing electrode 120 so that the unit cells are separated from each other with a prescribed distance, and a metal wiring 150 at least partially patterned between adjacent unit cells 142. By the above, moving speed of an excited electron to the electrode is increased, and deterioration of efficiency occurring when enlarging the size of the dye sensitive solar battery, or when modularizing the same, is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
