PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a width of control in controlling a condensing capacity of a heat source-side heat exchanger by a heat source-side expansion valve, in an air conditioner comprising a heat source-side refrigerant circuit and use-side refrigerant circuits connected with the heat source-side refrigerant circuit. SOLUTION: This air conditioner 1 comprises the heat source-side refrigerant circuit 12d, the use-side refrigerant circuits 12a, 12b, 12c, a pressurizing circuit 111 and a cooling unit 121. The heat source-side refrigerant circuit 12d is constituted by connecting a compressing mechanism 21, the heat source-side heat exchanger 23, and a heat source-side expansion valve 24 for depressurizing the refrigerant condensed in the heat source-side heat exchanger 23. The pressurizing circuit 111 is formed in the heat source-side refrigerant circuit 12d for allowing a gas refrigerant of high pressure compressed by the compressing mechanism 21 to join with a refrigerant depressurized in the heat source-side expansion valve 24 and sent to the use-side refrigerant circuits 12a, 12b, 12c.
