PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a notch when a check valve provided in a supply port is in a controllable position and to flow the necessary maximum flow volume when a check valve is in an open position. SOLUTION: A notch 27 which communicates with a supply port 4 and a relay flow passage 5 is provided when the check valve V is closed at totally enclosed position and the check valve maintains the controllable position. At the same time, a vanishing conically controlled protrusion 26 is provided at the top end side of a poppet portion 16 instead of the notch 27 and the base portion of the controlled protrusion 26 is so designed as to maintain a predetermined clearance L to a seat portion 4a when the check valve V keeps an open position.
