PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable film obtained by using a lactic acid-based resin as a raw material, having high biodegradability, transparency, flexibility and temporal stability, and suitable as a wrapping film for domestic use. SOLUTION: The lactic acid-based flexible film is obtained by using a lactic acid composition comprising (A) the lactic acid-based resin, (B) a copolymer of the lactic acid-based resin and a diol-dicarboxylic acid, and (C) a plasticizer having≤2,000 molecular weight, regulated so that the proportion of the component (A) may be 50-80 mass% and the proportion of the component (B) may be 50-20 mass% based on the total of the components (A) and (B), and 5-15 pts. by mass of the component (C) may be compounded with 100 pts. by mass of the total of the components (A) and (B). The Tg of the lactic acid-based resin is single. The film is especially suitable as the wrapping film for the domestic use when the value of the storage elastic modulus thereof at 20°C is 1-4 GPa, the storage elastic modulus at 100°C is 10-100 MPa and the loss tangent at 20°C is 0.1-0.8.
