PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a turbine building in a nuclear power plant compact, by locating a moisture-content separation heater, while securing as large a lay-down area of an operation floor space of the turbine building as possible. SOLUTION: When the moisture-content separating heater 2 installed in the turbine building 1 in the nuclear power plant is located in an area under the operation floor 13 beside a low-pressure turbine 7, the area where the heater 2 is installed is expanded upward, by increasing the bulk of a part opposite to a section of the operation floor 13 opposite to the area the heater 2 is installed, which wards off the interference of an space 11 for pulling out a feed water heater tube of a low-pressure feed water heater with the heater 2. Since the present invention enables setting of the area where the heater 2 is installed under the operation floor 13 beside the low-pressure turbine 7, the prolonging and enlarging in the longitudinal direction of the turbine building can be restrained, even while enabling the operation floor 13 to be used widely for the lay-down area.
