PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein treatment of transpiring an affected part with continuous high output without changing output setting after performing protein coagulation of the gingiva with low output to numb an ache when the output of laser beams is constant as in a conventional method. SOLUTION: This dental laser therapy apparatus is composed of a foot controller 1 changing output by foot operation; a control circuit 2 including an output adjusting means 23 for linearly changing output by the output of the foot controller; and a laser beam irradiating means 4 for irradiating laser beams variedly according to output from the output adjusting means.
