PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable angle transmission apparatus of an operating lever without vigorously vibrating a body to be operated even when a flexible transmission shaft is rotated at a high speed. SOLUTION: The variable angle transmission apparatus of the operating lever is equipped with the flexible transmission shaft 22, the operating lever 8 for supporting the side of one end 22r of the flexible transmission shaft 22 so as to be freely rotatable and freely movable and operable in the X direction of the shaft line, the body 10 to be operated for freely rotatably supporting the side of the other end 22f of the flexible transmission shaft 22 and a quadric link mechanism 34 installed between the operating lever 8 and the body 10 to be operated so that the side of the operating lever 8 is a fixed link 32 and the side of the body 10 to be operated is a crank 33.
