PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic pressure bearing device imparting less aggressiveness to peripheral parts such as a recording disk and a head even when the device is assembled in a disk device such as a HDD. SOLUTION: A housing 7, a thrust member 9, and a seal member 10 are formed of a lead-less brass in which the content of Sn is limited to 0.01 wt% or less.
