摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always attain the stable and precise remaining capacity by reducing the affection from load variation in the remaining capacity, on the basis of the open voltage, as well as reducing the integrated error in the remaining capacity on the basis of current integration. SOLUTION: On the basis of the difference between the remaining capacity SOCV based on the open voltage, and the remaining capacity SOCI based on the current integration, the current error ID is calculated. By using the current error ID, the current correction value IDF is calculated for correcting the current value IB measured by using the current error ID with a current sensor, the current estimation value IS is obtained by correcting the current value IB measured by the current sensor by the current correction value IDF. The final remaining capacity SOC is obtained by the weighted composition of the remaining capacity SOCV and SOCI, corresponding to the service condition of the battery by using the current estimation value IS. Thereby, the integration of the errors in the remaining capacity on the basis of the current integration and the affection of the load fluctuations in the remaining capacity based on the open voltage are reduced.
