<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the convenience of a shop user, and to enable a selling shop to utilize an electronic commerce system promoting labor saving at a low cost in a state that confidentiality on a network is maintained. <P>SOLUTION: A biologic information receiving program 11, a user information database 31, a biologic information collating program 12, a collation result transmitting program, a shop information database 32, a product information database 33, an audio data receiving program 21, a receiving data processing program 22, an audio response database 34, and an audio response processing program 23 are provided in a server group 1 connected through a shop manager terminal and the network.
