PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor for motor where there is no leakage of magnetic flux from a slot for N pole to a slot for S pole adjoining each other. SOLUTION: A core plate stack 16S for S pole is arranged, in which a plurality of pole pieces 16 for S pole are projected radially from the periphery of a ring-shaped core bag 14 for S pole, is arranged. Single pole pieces 22 for S pole not coupled with one another are stacked in each pole piece 16 for S pole of the core plate 16 for S pole. A core plate stack 12N for N pole 8 is arranged, in which a plurality of pole pieces 16 for N pole are projected radially at equal intervals and besides in condition that they are slid by the amount of one slot each from the pole pieces 16 for S pole from the periphery of the ring-shaped core back 14 for N pole.
