PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning device enabling a user to learn an entry word, when learning the entry word, while choosing extra information for the entry word, and thus providing the user with an efficient learning environment. SOLUTION: A list of entry words for learning generating section 22 makes an entry word for learning storage section 4 store, as a list of entry words for learning, the entry words acquired by an entry word acquisition section 21. An exercise section 23 reads, out of an extra information storage section 3 storing the extra information by category, the extra information of the category prescribed by the user for the entry word read of the list of entry words for learning.
