PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve structure capable of improving ride comfort of a vehicle without changing a shape and design of a valve disk. SOLUTION: In the valve structure having the valve disk 10 and leaf valves L1, L2 laminated on the valve disk 10, one or a plurality of plates 20, 25, 30 are interposed between the valve disk 10 and the leaf valves L1, L2, and notches 21, 26, 31 opposing to a window 16 formed on the valve disk 10 are provided in the plates 20, 25, 30.
