PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent chipping of shoulder parts of guide grooves and generation of wear etc., and to improve durability by reducing bearing pressure with respect to the guide grooves by contact with balls. SOLUTION: In this constant velocity joint, the center of curvature (H) of the first guide groove 26a formed on an outer cup 16 and the center of curvature (R) of the second guide groove 32a formed on an inner ring 34 are respectively arranged in the positions offset from a spherical center K of an inner diameter face 24 (an intersection point where a ball center face is orthogonal to a joint axis 27) to the opposite side along the axial direction by equal distance (T1=T2). The diameter (N) of the ball 28 and offset amount (T) between the first and second grooves 26a, 32a are set to satisfy the expression of 0.12≤V≤0.14, with V being the ratio (T/N) of the two values.
