<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat for nursing for holding a body form in performing nursing, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This mat 10 for nursing comprises a main mat 12 and an auxiliary mat 14. The main mat 12 is formed in U-shaped plane shape with uniform thickness over the whole surface comprising a main mat part 16 and a pair of side mat parts 18, 18 arranged with a distance parallel with each other. A holding space part 20 is formed in a region surrounded by the main mat part 16 and the pair of side mat parts 18, 18, and a body upper part support face 22 is formed at the upper face of the main mat 12 at the peripheral edge part of the holding space part 20 formed at the main mat 12. An opening 24 is formed on the opposite side to the positioned direction of the main mat part 16 in the holding space part 20.
