PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic mattress which is easy to manufacture and which is used comfortably. SOLUTION: The elastic mattress 11 is constituted by stacking a lower flat pad 12 and an upper flat pad 13 on its upper surface. The lower flat pad 12 consists of a foamed elastic body. The upper flat pad 13 consists of a low repulsion foamed elastic body. On a surface on the side of the floor surface F of the lower flat pad 12, a large number of triangular waveform mountain parts 14 and valley parts 15 are formed. On a surface on the side of the floor surface F of the upper flat pad 13, a large number of triangular waveform mountain parts 16 and valley parts 17 are formed. When the mattress 11 is installed on the floor surface F, a space 31 is formed between the lower flat pad 12 and the floor surface F, and moisture or a water content is diffused effectively from the space 31 and a space 30 between the upper and lower flat pads 12 and 13.
