PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuation device for a screen and a glass window provided with it. SOLUTION: The actuation device, which has to be operated without touching the screen 3, is in particular arranged in the inner space of the window glasses of the thermal insulation window. The actuation force may be transmitted from the outer driving element 11, 11' to the inner driving element 13, 13' without any mechanical contact. The outer driving element 11, 11' includes, in order to rotate or slide the inner driving element 13, 13', a driving device for generating an electromagnetic field of a rotational or a travelling wave which works on the inner driving element 13, 13' of a passive type. Furthermore, the actuation device is, without mounting an electric motor in the inner space between the window glasses of a unit where glasses are set individually inside, suitable for a centralized control over a plurality of screens or slat Venetian blinds in the unit with the thermal insulating glass fitted in.
