PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposer for preventing generation of undried garbage and carbonization and firing of the garbage generated from local heating. SOLUTION: A stirring means is stirred by normal/reverse rotation while interposing a constant stirring interruption, and if a bottom part temperature detection means detects a predetermined temperature, the stirring means is continuously stirred or the stirring stop time is shortened. Further, if the bottom part temperature detection means detects a temperature lower than the predetermined temperature, the stirring means is re-stirred by the normal/reverse rotation while interposing a constant stirring interruption time. Accordingly, since the garbage is not locally heated during the stirring interruption time, generation of the undried garbage and carbonization and firing of the garbage generated from the local heating can be prevented.
