PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional bicycle parking configuration capable of effectively utilizing a space and easily handling a bicycle when the bicycle is parked. SOLUTION: A bicycle parking device comprises a loading means 2 to load a bicycle, a moving means 6 to elevate/lower the loading means, and a holding means 6 to hold the loading means at the elevated position.
