PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve manufacturing efficiency of a portable electronic apparatus and to improve reliability of countermeasures of an electric component against static electricity, in a static elimination member for countermeasures against static electricity of an electric component installed in a casing constituting the portable electronic apparatus and exposed to the outside of the casing. SOLUTION: This static elimination member 33 of an electric component 13 formed of a conductive material includes a frame body part 35 covering at least a peripheral edge of a principal surface of the electric component 13 and a connection terminal part 39 formed integrally with the frame body part 35 and extending downward. In the static elimination member 33 provided in this case, the connection terminal part 39 is equipped with a lock part 41 engaging with the electric component 13 and an elastically deformable spring part 43.
