PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath apparatus capable of obtaining effects similar to the ones at the time of bathing in a spring by generating active warm water rich in mineral components and use it as bathing water. SOLUTION: The warm water rich in mineral components is manufactured in an active warm water generator 2 having a mineral layer and it is supplied to a bathtub 1. In the bathtub, by elution of minerals from the mineral layer, heating of the bathing water by heat exchange and filtering of the bathing water by a circulating and filtering apparatus 3, the bath apparatus is sanitary and bathing is possible anytime. Further, the bath apparatus capable of obtaining the effects similar to the ones of the spring such as maintaining the invivo adjusting function of a user and improving natural healing power is constituted.
