PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic capacity medium preventing performance degradation and improving permittivity.

SOLUTION: This electrostatic capacity medium 23 comprises a liquid base 23a, and fine particles 23b mixed in the base 23a. The base 23a comprises denatured silicone oil wherein a part of a side chain and an end group of a silicone molecule are chemically replaced with other molecules. The particles are nanoparticles formed to have grain sizes of several tens of nm and mixed in the base 23a to occupy about 3 to 10% of the electrostatic capacity medium 23.
