PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost liquid level see-through panel and a liquid storing pot capable of preventing a droplet penetrating from an interfitting clearance with an apparatus body from flowing to a sight-through window without using a sealing material. SOLUTION: This liquid level sight-through panel 9 is provided with the sight-through window 13 interfitted with the front face of a window hole 11 of an apparatus body shell part 1 where a liquid level indicator 10 is exposed, for seeing through the liquid level indicator 10. The liquid level sight-through panel has a constitution wherein a gutter part 16 for receiving the droplet penetrating from the interfitting clearance is formed over the inner surface of the sight-through window 13, and the droplet received by the gutter part 16 is guided to the side of the sight-through window 13 and dropped.
