PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation toy for operating a body to be driven at the time of rotating and stopping wheels. SOLUTION: The operation toy utilizing the rotary driving force of the wheels comprises: the wheels, the body to be driven to be operated with the rotary driving force of the wheels as a driving force source; a driving power transmission mechanism for transmitting the rotary driving force of the wheels to the body to be driven; a clutch which is one of the components of the driving force transmission mechanism for connecting the other components of the driving force transmission mechanism and transmitting the rotary driving force of the wheels to the body to be driven when the wheels are rotated; and an energizing means for restoring the body to be driven to an initial position in the case that the other components of the driving force transmission mechanism are disconnected by the clutch when the rotation of the wheels is stopped.
